What We Collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number if you give one.
• Payment details: handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing data: pages you view, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us, collected through cookies and pixels.
• Messages: what you send us when you email support, including photos.

How We Use It

• To process and deliver your order
• To answer your questions and handle returns
• To send order updates and after-purchase emails
• To send marketing emails, if you are signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, as required by CAN-SPAM
• To prevent fraud
• To understand how the store is used and improve it

Cookies and Tracking

Our store uses cookies and similar tools, including Shopify analytics and advertising pixels such as TikTok, and other advertising platforms we may use. They help us keep your cart working, measure what works and show our ads to people who may like them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store may not work as well if you do.

Who We Share It With

We share data only as needed with: Shopify, our payment processor, USPS and other delivery partners, advertising platforms, and email tools. We do not sell your data for money.

Your Rights

Everyone can ask us to access, correct or delete their personal information, or to stop marketing emails. Email info@whipmist.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. Using advertising pixels can count as "sharing" under California law. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer or email info@whipmist.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Other states: if you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon or Montana, the same rights apply to you to the extent your state's law provides them.

We respond to requests within the time the law requires. We may need to confirm it is really you.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

Data Retention and Security

We keep your information as long as we need it for your order and as the law requires. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
