These terms cover your use of the WHIPMIST website and your purchases. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email info@whipmist.com.

1. Agreement

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens. The exact model and color you get is the one named in the product title you ordered. The Mystery Keychain is a random model by design and cannot be chosen.

3. Safety and Intended Use

This is not a toy. Intended for ages 14 and up. It contains small parts, electronics and a water tank.

• Use indoors only.
• Use only water, as the manual describes.
• Use only the scent oil indicated for the product.
• Do not swallow the scent oil.
• Keep away from small children and pets.

Follow the manual. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps the price you paid. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments run through Shopify Payments and the payment wallets shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent, and we refund you if we do.

5. Shipping, Returns and Guarantee

See our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. They include our 30-day guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to WHIPMIST. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

WHIPMIST is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any automaker. Vehicle names are used only to identify the model each piece is inspired by.

7. Reviews and Photos

If you send us a photo or text, such as a review, you let us use it on our store and in our ads. You can ask us to remove it any time by email.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the site and products "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, WHIPMIST is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We make no implied warranties beyond what the law requires, and our 30-day guarantee is the warranty we offer. Some states do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If something goes wrong, please email us first at info@whipmist.com so we can try to resolve it before any other step.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
